Notice: There And Back Again Travel, Inc. doing business as There And Back Again Adventures is an independently owned and operated business. Any reference to specific events herein is made only for the clear identification and reference for potential clients of There And Back Again Adventures and reference to a specific event or use of photographs is not intended to imply nor should it be assumed that There And Back Again Adventures is endorsed by, sponsored by, or affiliated with the organizers and sponsors of events referenced herein.
Tour planning: All prices quoted on this website are per person based on the occupancy level of the hotel room and are in US dollars and include costs associated with the planning, communication, administration, operations, and as such, an itemization of costs will not be provided under any circumstances.
Reservations: A deposit starting at $79 per person except where otherwise noted is due at the date of booking. On-line reservations require deposit at the time of booking. Deposits of less than $200 per person are considered promotional deposits and a 2nd deposit and/or full deposit of at least $200 per person unless otherwise noted (some packages may require a larger deposit) must be made at least 90 days prior to the tour package beginning date. Payment may be made by check or major credit cards including MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express. Reservations made less than 60 days prior to tour date will be due in full at time of booking. There And Back Again Adventures reserves the right to decline or retain any person as a member of the tour. TABA Adventures also retains the right to change or withdraw a tour if necessary. There And Back Again Adventures reserves the right to re-invoice you in the event of an accounting or paperwork error or if erroneous information and/or prices are listed on our website.
Reservation form: We need to receive a completed on-line reservation form generated from our website acknowledging our terms and conditions. If you call-in a reservation, you acknowledge that you accept our terms and condtions and we need to receive signed terms and conditions by an authorized tour participant with the names of all other participants. A signed copy of these terms and conditions must be received prior to any tickets and documents being mailed to participant. This information is included during On-line bookings and we do not require a separate form if reservation is booked on-line.
Final payment: Final payment on your vacation package is due in our office 60 days prior to the start of your tour unless noted otherwise. Auto-payments can be set up for payments. Once payment has been received, your documents/tickets will be sent approximately two weeks prior to the race.
Credit Card payments: Tour participant agrees not to charge back any bank charges against his/her credit card for products and services rendered by There And Back Again Adventures and received by tour participant. Any disputes or discrepancies must be made in writing within 30 days of your tour package.
Lost or stolen documents: Race tickets and airline tickets must be kept in a safe location and are the responsibility of the tour participant. Replacing lost tickets is difficult and can result in additional charges.
NASCAR Package Cancellations: If cancellation becomes necessary, the right to a refund is limited. All cancellation and refund requests can be made in writing and sent return receipt to There And Back Again Adventures, P.O. Box 14512, Savannah, GA 31416. You may also make cancellation requests by replying to your reservation confirmation email from the email on file for your reservation. Phone calls are not accepted for cancellations. If you cancel your tour and decide to change it to another tour, the cancellation policy will apply versus the change fee. Ticket Upgrades and Hospitality and Race Shop Tours and Pit Road Options are Non-Refundable. The cancellation schedule is as follows:

You may also make cancellation requests by replying to your reservations confirmation email from the email on file for your reservation. Phone calls are not accepted for cancellations. If you cancel your tour and decide to change it to another tour, the cancellation policy will apply versus the change fee. Ticket Upgrades and Hospitality and Tour Options such as Stadium Tours are Non-Refundable. The cancellation schedule is as follows:

Tour Options: If you order options in addition to the basic tour package and you have to cancel your reservations, all options that are not part of the basic package and have to ordered especially at your request such as ticket upgrades, hospitality packages and passes, extra tickets for companion events, pit passes or other similar items are non-refundable unless we can resell the option. Options may require full payment at the time of your reservation deposit. Options can not be sold separately from a Package. If you do not purchase a complete Travel Package when making a reservation, then you can not purchase the corresponding Option listed under the Travel Package. If a complete travel package is not ordered, your order for an option will be voided.
Ticket Upgrades: If you order ticket upgrades, those upgrades must be paid in full before the upgrades are confirmed. Once the ticket upgrades are paid in full, they are non-refundable due to nature of special event tickets.
Travel insurance: Travel insurance is highly recommended. Travel insurance can guard you against any monetary loss due to unforeseen circumstances prior to or during your trip. Call for information or check the link on our reservation page.
Changing your reservation or modifications PRIOR to the event: A service charge of $25 per person applies for each change made to your reservation such as a name change or hotel change after your original booking date. If you change your tour package from one tour destination to another tour destination that is considered a cancellation of the original tour package and normal cancellation penalties may apply. Making changes to your package to reduce any included items from your original reservation within 60 days of the initiation of your tour package (such as changing from a Weekend Ticket Package to a Cup Only Ticket Package) will result in the full charge of the originally included item(s). Any changes made to scheduled airline tickets or hotels are dictated by the airline & hotel policies and There And Back Again Adventures assumes no responsibility.
Extra Nights: Extra Nights Reserved after the event can not be cancelled and refunded after the event without a $75 change fee if it is allowed by the hotel (based on our hotel's contract). The Refund for the extra night after the event less the $75 change fee will only be issued after we have received the appropriate paperwork from the hotel and the cancelled extra night is verified by us. This process could take up to a month.
Hotel arrival date: Tour participant agrees to check into hotel room on scheduled arrival day to avoid being considered a "no-show". If tour participant is a no show, There And Back Again Adventures will not be responsible. Room type is a request only and even though most of the time our clients receive their requested room types, we can not guarantee certain room types whether it be a non-smoking or smoking, king or two doubles.
Incidental hotel charges: Tour participant agrees to pay any incidental hotel room charges to his/her room during their vacation package.
Hotel accommodations: Tour participant agrees to accept non-smoking rooms for their hotel accommodations. Most hotels are now non-smoking with few exceptions such as Las Vegas. We will attempt to reserve a Smoking room if you request one; however, we can not guarantee a smoking room. Should Tour Participant smoke in a non-smoking hotel room and be charged a fee for "Smoking" by the hotel, that fee will be the responsibility of the Tour Participant that broke the hotel rules. Should smoking continue to be an issue, the Tour Participant could be dismissed from the tour group.
Unused tour services: No refunds will be made for any unused tour services or tour components.
Baggage and other personal belongings: There And Back Again Adventures or their agents shall not be responsible for the loss or damage to any tour participant's baggage or other personal belongings.
Itinerary: There And Back Again Adventures reserves the right to change the itinerary of any tour because of lack of time or due to mechanical failure of equipment or late arriving equipment.
Tickets: There And Back Again Adventures shall be under no liability because of cancellation of any event in which tickets are furnished by the tour operator in case that such game, sporting event, show or other such event is cancelled due to inclement weather or any other condition beyond the tour operator's control. Event Tickets will sometimes be issued as Hard Stock Paper Tickets, Print at Home Paper Tickets or Electronic Mobile Tickets. In certain cases, tickets may be texted to you. In the event of Electronic Mobile Tickets, the client will be required to download the Mobile Ticket Application (such as Stubhub, Seatgeek or others) in order to accept the event tickets. There And Back Again Adventures shall not be liable for unused tickets should client willingly choose not to download the Ticket Application for the Mobile Tickets. Some venues are now only using mobile tickets. If you order ticket upgrades, those upgrades must be paid in full before the upgrades are confirmed. Once the upgrades are paid in full, they are non-refundable due to nature of special event tickets.
Responsibility: Tour participant acknowledges that There And Back Again Travel, Inc, doing business as There And Back Again Adventures is acting as independent intermediary for suppliers of goods and services, which are not directly supplied by this company such as hotel accommodations, transportation, meals, tours, event tickets, and cruises and shall not be responsible for actions or omissions on the part of such suppliers, which result in any loss, damage, delays or injury to tour participants. There And Back Again Adventures shall not be responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses caused to any tour participant in connection with terrorist activities, social or labor unrest, mechanical or construction difficulties, diseases or pandemics, local laws, climatic conditions, or any other actions, omissions, or conditions outside the company's control. Auto racing events can be dangerous and the tour operator shall not be responsible for any injuries or death resulting from an accident at the track. By embarking upon this tour package, the tour participant voluntarily assumes all risks, and is advised to obtain appropriate insurance coverage against them. Your booking shall constitute a consent to the above and engaging arrangements on his/her behalf, and agrees that recitation or damages, if any are claimed, shall be sought directly from the suppliers.
Covid 19 Information and Terms
The novel coronavirus, COVID-19, has been declared a worldwide pandemic by the World Health Organization. COVID-19 is reported to be contagious. The state of medical knowledge is evolving, but the virus is believed to spread from person-to-person contact and possibley by contact with contaminated surfaces and objects or in the air. People reportedly can be infected and show no symptoms and therefore spread the disease. The exact methods of spread and contraction are unknown, and there is no known treatment, cure, or vaccine for COVID-19. Evidence has shown that COVID-19 can cause serious and potentially life threatening illness and even death. There And Back Again Adventures cannot prevent you or any of your tour participants from becoming exposed to, contracting, or spreading COVID-19 while utilizing There And Back Again Adventures’ services. It is not possible to prevent against the presence of the disease. Therefore, if you choose to utilize There And Back Again Adventures' services you may be exposing yourself to and/or increasing your risk of contracting or spreading COVID-19. ASSUMPTION OF RISK.-- I have read and understood the above warning concerning COVID-19. I hereby choose to accept the risk of contracting COVID-19 for myself and any tour participants that I confirm in order to utilize There And Back Again Adventures’ services. These services are of such value to me and my tour participants that I accept the risk of being exposed to, contracting, and/or spreading COVID-19 in order to utilize There And Back Again Adventures’ services. WAIVER OF LAWSUIT/LIABILITY.-- I hereby forever release and waive my right to bring suit against There And Back Again Adventures and its owners, officers, directors, managers, officials, trustees, agents, employees, or other representatives in connection with exposure, infection, and/or spread of COVID-19 related to utilizing There And Back Again Adventures' services. I understand that this waiver means I give up my right to bring any claims including for personal injuries, death, disease or property losses, or any other loss, including but not limited to claims of negligence and give up any claim I may have to seek damages, whether known or unknown, foreseen or unforeseen.

All There And Back Again Adventures tour participants authorize There And Back Again Adventures to use their images and likenesses for promotional purposes on our website and Social Media Outlets by participating on our tours.
